Both GUTSEA gels and drinks should be refrigerated upon arrival and kept refrigerated. Sea moss will gel overnight in the refrigerator. GUTSEA gels are good for 3 weeks while GUTSEA drinks are good for 1 week.

Once the order has been received, it takes an estimated 2 days to fill the order.
